  Worst customer service I have ever experienced! I am a new sprint customer I switched from Verizon to Sprint over the weekend. The location at Alliance in Fort Worth was awesome! They shipped my son's new cell phone to him at SU at no additional cost. Once at the store in Georgetown my son was told the account holder had to be there with license in hand, not possible as we live in Fort Worth. The store manager Paul Contreas was unwilling to help us resolve the situation. We called the Alliance location spoke with the assistant manager who walked us through adding my son to the account, again awesome customers service! My son was finally able to get his phone set up, no thanks to this location.
