  Horrible customer service!!! Employee was incredibily rude and refused to take credit for the damage they caused to my phone. They claimed to be able to fix my phone . That was a gross misrepresentation. The repair was supposed to take a hour, it lasted a WEEK!!! They just handed my iPhone back and said that it was not repairable because a design defect, and to top it off they still charged me for the repair!?!?!?!?!? I decided to get another opinion. The other shop took a look at it and informed me that Interstate Batteries damaged my phone by not disconnecting the battery, causing a short curcuit. The repair was finished in 15 minutes and my phone is like new. Bottom line; this is a battery store, NOT a cellphone repair shop! Go to the place on Williams if you want your device to be repaird quickly, correctly , and at a reasonable price.
