  While very happy with the refurbished CPU's we bought, they did NOT transfer data into the same place it was on the old PC. Was told we needed to buy new software in order to do so ($80.) and then was charged $90. for time spent doing it. STILL wasn't transferred to where we wanted it (couldn't get to it). Bryant rudely told me on the first trip and wife on second trip that it "was on there" and that basically it was our problem if we couldn't find it. We're both over 65 and don't "speak computer" and didn't appreciate his attitude. If it weren't for a very nice agent at Quicken, we would still be unable to get to it. Won't be back.
