  The only reason I'm giving them four stars instead of five is because of scheduling issues- on a few occasions, the work crew showed up several *hours* later than I was told to expect them. However, this is not their fault; as far as I can tell, the central office over-schedules them, and then they have to try to make everything work out as best they can. As far as work quality and overall customer service, *wow*. I hired Flooring Warehouse after another contractor completely messed up the tile install. and had to be fired part-way into the job. The crew from flooring warehouse came out to remove the other guy's work, and then do the job right. Not only did they do a *fantastic* job on the install, they were also very careful in removing the badly done tiles so that they were able to reuse them, saving me a lot of money! It was a lot of extra work on their part to do this and I really appreciated it. The tile install went *great*, everything was cut and fit *perfectly*, with tiny,tiny grout lines for the wood-look tile. They also did some very extensive baseboard install throughout the house, and when I mentioned that some baseboard gaps looked "iffy", they sent someone out the very next morning to make sure everything looked perfect. They literally did not take payment until they double and triple checked that I was happy with every last detail. They exceeded my expectations for quality and professionalism. I was so happy with their work, I am currently working with them on getting a carpet install done, and I have complete confidence that everything will look great. It is extremely important to have someone you can trust for these investments into your home, and from my experience, I would highly recommend them. Also, I should add, the price was just right!
