  Excellent service from start to finish. Ken Bower (Sales Rep) listened to what I wanted and needed as well as kept my budget in mind without going over. He didn't try to oversell me or lead me in a different direction that I initially came in with. He was nice, professional, personable, and knowledgeable...and can be quite the comic. :) The installation couldn't have gone more smoothly. A team of two showed up promptly at the scheduled time. They moved the furniture and the old carpet only taking one thirty minute break for lunch throughout the day. They were focused and professional. They took the old carpet and padding to dispose of (when they were done), replaced all the furniture in the rooms like it was untouched and swept and vacuumed the floors before leaving. An inspection showed the pride and quality of their work. I am so pleased with this whole experience and would definitely go nowhere else when it's time to replace my downstairs flooring. Thank you for making this so easy.... P.S. I love my carpet!!!!

  Starting a project because of Laurie she is amazing and SUPER knowledgeable. Can’t wait for the completed work. Pics to come. Hardwood in four bedrooms. Yeah!
