  Flenn Custom Homes replaced all the windows in our house and added a door. Over a year later, I could not be happier with their work. Greg, the owner, helped us find just the right windows at an incredible price. The work was done quickly and with excellence. Even after the crew was done with the job, Greg came back several times to make everything perfect, seeing stuff that I did not even see, and I am actually a detail person. You just don't find that kind of customer service any more. Greg was a joy to work with, really listened to what I wanted, and delivered beyond my expectations.

  Flenn Custom Homes has remodeled two houses for me -- most recently a 2500 square foot home overlooking Lake Travis. Both times they did a great job, finished on time and within the budget. Greg is a perfectionist, and he takes personal responsibility for making sure the work is done to a high standard of quality. He was always available during the project if we had a question or request; and he promptly stopped by to discuss these with us. Greg also suggested several ways we could save money without sacrificing the features and design we wanted. We're delighted with our home and are planning to stay here a while; but if we're ever looking to remodel or build a new house, we'll call Greg Flenniken.

  Greg is the type of guy who you can trust with the keys to your house and to get the job done right - the first time. We had an issue with some undersized joists sagging which caused cracking in our ceiling. Greg came up with several options to fix the issue (Joists and Ceiling). In the end, we are extremely satisfied with Greg's work. He is patient, takes the time to understand the issues, the work was done quickly and is high quality. Greg's bid was competitive and the job was done better than expected. In hindsight, it was worth every penny and more.
