  Took my $500 laptop to get repaired due to a virus. Paid $200 laptop still didn't work correctly dropped it back off. Picked it up 2 weeks later and had to pull another $280. They did repair the laptop but I was never informed that I was going to have to pay any additional fees. I called back and talked with Krystal, she was extremely rude wouldn't let me get a word in and just kept arguing with me. I told her if I would have known that they were going to charge close to $500 to repair an old $500 laptop I would have just purchased a new one.
